Refund policy
Web purchases
Polar.sh is the merchant of record; refunds are handled by Polar within 14 days. Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase using the support details on your Polar receipt. Include the receipt or order identifier, never card details. Bank processing time may vary.
Lifetime purchases
The same 14-day refund window applies to the $180 lifetime purchase. Lifetime is a single payment, has no recurring renewal and does not include a free subscription trial. A refunded lifetime purchase loses its Premium entitlement. Rights required by applicable law still apply.
Trials and recurring plans
Eligible monthly and yearly purchases begin with 30 days free. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first renewal charge. Canceling future renewals is separate from requesting a refund for an existing charge. Manage a web subscription from your account’s subscription portal.
Store purchases
App Store and Google Play purchases follow their respective refund processes. Request a refund from the store that processed your purchase; Polar cannot refund a store purchase.
